STRATEGY

The Socotra Fund invests in first deeds of trust on commercial and residential real estate primarily in California. These opportunities include financing fix and flip residential projects, stabilizing commercial real estate property, funding for a fast close on an escrow, and cash-out for a business need.

HOW IT WORKS

Diversification and Valuations

The Socotra Fund consists of over 150 loans the majority of which are maturing within the next 36 months. As short term loans payoff, new loans are made, keeping the valuation of the portfolio’s loans current.

Cash Flow & Liquidity

The Socotra Fund aims for a steady stream of interest income primarily from short term notes. Investors are able to access their investment capital and withdraw funds when the loans payoff.

Reinvestment

The Socotra Fund allows investors to reinvest their monthly interest income and effectively compound returns.
